Frequently Asked Questions
-
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a membership-based healthcare model where patients pay a flat monthly fee for unlimited access to their primary care provider. At Keys Health DPC, this means no copays, no insurance billing, and no surprise costs—just personalized, patient-centered care when you need it.
-
Keys Health DPC was founded to restore trust, transparency, and dignity in primary care. After years of navigating insurance-driven systems that often left patients confused, rushed, or underserved, we saw a better way. Our clinic was built to offer affordable, relationship-based care rooted in Catholic teaching and a commitment to service. We believe healthcare should empower patients—not overwhelm them—and that every person deserves time, clarity, and compassion from their doctor.
-
We do not bill insurance. Instead, we offer affordable, transparent pricing directly to our patients. You can still use insurance for services outside our clinic, such as specialist visits, imaging, or hospital care.
-
Annual physical exam, unlimited office visits, direct access to your doctor, same or next day urgent care visits, testing such as EKG, urinalysis, flu, covid, and/or strep testing, minor procedures, biopsies, small lesion removals/freezing, ear irrigation, breathing treatments, pregnancy tests. Also included access to deeply discounted labs, imaging, medications, and specialist consult services.

We offer longer visits, direct access to your doctor, and a focus on preventive care—all without the red tape of insurance billing. While the traditional insurance based practice physician will have 2000-3000 patients, we limit our practice to 500-800 patients. Our practice is built on trust, transparency, accessibility, and a commitment to empowering patients.
